What you will do in this job
As a Process Worker at Afford's ADE in Ingleburn, you will do packaging and warehouse work. You will get support and training to learn all your tasks. Your tasks may include:
Packing and labelling products
Putting items together (assembly work)
Checking your work to make sure it is done properly
Helping the team meet daily or weekly goals
Using equipment like pallet jacks (we will train you)
Driving a forklift (only if you have a licence and training)
Helping customers and team members
Learn new skills
Feel more confident
Get work experience and earn your own money. Build your independence and confidence.
Make friends
Meet new people and make friends. About 200 people with disability work at our ADE.
